Itinerary and Tour Inclusions

Day 1, June 9, 2012   Saturday      D
We’ll depart Riley Street Middle School at 6:30 am this morning for our exciting tour to the East Coast and Washington D.C.! We’ll travel towards the East Coast and our first night will be spent in Fairfield, New Jersey.  
Day 2, June 10, 2012 Sunday      CB  L  D
We will start the morning with a walk through Central Park.  Then to the top of  Rockefeller Center for a fantastic view of the city.  After some lunch and a walk through Times Square, we will sing, dance, laugh and play at Madame Tussauds.  We’ll tool around town aboard a double decker bus, and then take a heart-stopping thrill ride on The Shark.   After dinner at South Street Seaport we will head to Philadelphia for the night.
Day 3, June 11, 2012 Monday     B  L  D
After breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe we will visit the Eastern State Penitentiary, where some of America’s most notorious criminals were held.  Then we will stop at the
National Constitution Center  filled with interactive displays.  After lunch at the Bourse we’ll see Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell before heading to Washington D.C. for the night.   
Day 4, June 12, 2012 Tuesday  CB  L  D
The morning will start with a tour of Arlington Cemetery.  We will go up in the Washington Monument.  After lunch we will tour the Smithsonian Museums, and visit the National Archives.   Dinner will be at the Pentagon Mall with a little shopping time before heading back to our hotel for the night.    
Day 5, June 13, 2012 Wednesday     CB  L  D
We will start the day with a tour of the Capitol Building.  After lunch we will have a guided tour of the memorials before heading to Gettysburg.  Once in Gettysburg we will have supper and then to the Shriver House where we will learn what it was like being a civilian during the Battle of Gettysburg.
Day 6, June 14, 2012  Thursday  CB  L  D
This morning will be spent touring the Gettysburg National Military Park with a Park Service guide and do some last minute souvenir shopping.  This afternoon & evening we’ll enjoy the amusement rides at Hershey Park!  Afterwards, we will reboard our  motorcoach and head for home.
Day 7, June 15, 2012 Friday
We will arrive back in West Michigan
