Itinerary and Tour Inclusions

Day 1, June 17, 2012   Sunday    D
We’ll depart the East Kentwood Freshman Campus at 7:00 am this morning for our exciting tour to the East Coast and Washington D.C.! We’ll travel through Canada so we can stop and see Niagara Falls and ride the Maid of the Mist.  Our first night will be spent in Binghamton, New York.
Day 2, June 18, 2012  Monday      CB  L  D
Today will be spent  exploring the “Big Apple”. We’ll take a heart-stopping thrill ride on The Beast, have lunch at South Street Seaport and then tool around town aboard a double-decker bus.  We’ll go to the top of Rockefeller Center for a fantastic view of the city before walking through Times Square to Planet Hollywood for supper. Afterwards, we’ll travel to Philadelphia and spend the night.
Day 3, June 19, 2012 Tuesday     B  L  D
After breakfast at the Hard Rock Cafe, we will visit the National Constitution Center,  tour Independence Hall and see the Liberty Bell.  From there we’ll go to Washington D.C. to tour  Arlington National Cemetery, enjoy the Marine Corp. Sunset Parade at the Iwo-Jima Memorial and take a night time illuminated tour of our nation’s capital.
Day 4, June 20, 2012  Wednesday  CB  L  D
We’ll travel to Mount Vernon to tour George Washington’s beautiful home.  The rest of the day we will be exploring Washington D.C. We’ll visit Smithsonian Museums, the Capitol and more.  Dinner will be at Union Station before we head to our hotel for a pool party and our traditional “belly-flop” contest.
Day 5, June 21, 2012 Thursday      CB  L  D
Today will be spent touring Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown Settlement before heading north again.  Once in Gettysburg we will view the movie “Fields of Freedom”,  have supper and then depart for our hotel for the evening.  
Day 6, June 22, 2012  Friday  CB L D
This morning will be spent touring the Gettysburg National Military Park with a Park Service guide and do some last minute souvenir shopping.  This afternoon & evening we’ll enjoy the amusement rides at Hershey Park! Afterwards, we will reboard our  motorcoach and head for home.
Day 7, June 23, 2012  Saturday
We will arrive back in Kentwood mid-morning
