Q: How often do you add new trips?
A: We are always working on new trips.  Our website is updated continually with descriptions of the trips being offered or those in the works are often times shown too.  Just check the website often for all the new information.

Q: Do you add our names to the database once we have taken a trip
A: Yes, you are added to the database and will receive periodic notices about future trips.  If you have an email address, please share it with us.  Those with email addresses are the first to hear about new trips.   Your information is keep confidential and will not be given or sold to anyone else.

Q: Who are your Tour Directors
A: Our tour directors are well trained, friendly and courteous. Their sole focus is to make sure that you have a good time. We're proud of the comments we have had about the way they can handle a tour full of happy travelers and see to it that each has a great memory-making time.

Q: How long are your trips generally?
A: We have planned many one day tours as well as overnight tours. We try very hard to listen to your wants and needs and plan accordingly.

Q: Are there some ‘rules’ to planning a trip that you always follow?
A: Yes, there are some standards we always follow.  Since a well planned and fun itinerary is what makes for a worthwhile trip, a great deal of time is spent researching and creating itineraries that make each day especially interesting. Some of our rules of the road are: stopping every two hours on the long runs and making sure everyone has plenty of water along the way.  We also only use the restroom facility on board the coach for emergency‘s only, helping to make the on-board environment that much more pleasant.

Q: Is food always included and how do you know it is going to be “Good Food”?
A: Many meals are included in the cost of the trip. If we do stop for a meal that is not included in the tour, we stop where you can purchase a good meal at a good price.  Also, if you will need to purchase a meal this will be told to you prior to leaving so you are never unaware or caught by surprise.

Q: I heard that Medical Forms are required – is this true?
A: You did hear correctly. Our policy is to have a medical form on file for each person traveling with us whether it is a one-dayer or longer. This is only for your safety and they are kept confidential. We'd rather be safe than sorry and we know you would too.

Q:  What in the world are Travel Bucks?
A:  Simply a token of our appreciation for your patronage.  You will receive one "Travel Buck" for each day you travel with us. Each travel buck is worth $1.00 on tours 1-3 days in length and $2.00 on tours on 4 days and longer.  These travel bucks are to be redeemed at the time of reservation and are not redeemable for cash.

Q:  What is your policy on smoking?
A:  It is a hard and fast rule that there will be “No Smoking on the Motorcoach” and that is one of the reasons we stop every two hours, besides the opportunity to use the restroom.  Should a smoker prefer to have accommodations that permit smoking, we will be happy to check our hotels to see if they have smoking rooms available.

Q:  So I’ve never taken Motorcoach trip before – what’s it really like?

A: Deluxe! We're real "picky" about our equipment. The motorcoaches we charter are the best West Michigan has to offer. They are, of course, climate controlled, with very comfortable seats. There is a restroom for emergencies and most have DVD monitors for movies when we have a little time or if a new destination we are offering comes to mind.

Q: Do your trips always leave from the same place?
A: We will always strive to have convenient departure points. In achieving that goal, sometimes the first ones on the bus spend a little more time riding, as the rest are picked up and we appreciate the patience exhibited by all.

Q: Do you ever honor personal celebrations while on the trip?
A: Of course! If you or your spouse or your friends are celebrating a birthday or an anniversary while on our trip, we'd love to know. We will use any excuse we can to have a party.

Q: How in the world do you come up with all the variety of trips and destinations?
A: Well, it isn’t too hard when North America is your canvas from which to select.  Plus, 2-3 times each year we travel to national association conventions to keep in touch with good providers and meet many new ones as well.  There’s always something new to see countrywide each and every year.

Q: Hotels can be a real problem can’t they?  Especially with all the turn-over and acquisitions how do you keep them straight?

A: That is why we make every effort to find and see ‘first hand’ the clean, comfortable and accommodating hotels. We use hotels that give us a good value with the amenities that our travelers expect. Although we cannot always inspect each hotel personally, we always get references and work very closely with the hotel group sales department to make sure our group has the best experience

Q: Do you offer Travel Insurance?
A: We have designed an exclusive insurance plan to provide broad protection to protect you and your travel investment. The plan protects you if you need to cancel your trip for a covered reason prior to departure or if other covered unforeseen circumstances arise during your trip.  For the most part, whatever your own personal insurance will cover will be covered.

Q: What can be expected when departure is early in the morning?
A: We want to make sure the trip starts out right and pride ourselves on our fuller offering during the morning break service. We make sure the coffee is hot and that there’s a variety too.  Hot chocolate, tea, and juice and water plus an individual  "breakfast-to-go" bag is given to each passenger. This service is much appreciated and is offered on all tours which leave early in the morning during the nice weather.

Q:  So 30 years in business – and you still enjoy it?
A: It is easy to enjoy this type of variety and when blessed over the years with really wonderful travelers it’s the perfect profession. Think of it, from the 8th grade students to the families of all generations to the girlfriends of all ages right on up to our retirees! It's so much fun to see new experiences, watch new friendships develop and long standing ones grow all while making new memories.
