Please Note:
This document will be given to you at the Mandatory Meeting in the Spring.
Both a parent’s and the student’s signature will be needed to participate on the trip.
Do not send this one in. This is for your information only.
I promise to abide by the following rules:
1. To conduct myself in a mature manner and abide by any directions given by chaperones. I will trust their good judgment.
2. Acceptable behavior will not allow for smoking, drinking, substance abuse or theft.
3. To show courtesy and respect to adults and peers in attitude and language. No swearing and no complaining.
4. To wear my name tag throughout each day until motel room hours are in effect and not switch, alter or mark on my name tag.
5. To wear clothes that are similar to school types of clothing and in good taste. (No short-shorts, pants with holes, inappropriate logos or sayings etc.).
6. To not bring or purchase inappropriate items on this trip.
7. To remain in groups of at least 3 whenever not under the direct supervision of the chaperones. I will never enter a restroom alone.
8. To not associate with any strangers.
9. To stay in my assigned motel room after room check when quiet hours are in effect, and turn off the TV and turn out room lights when told to do so.
10. At no time will I engage in public displays of affection.
11. At no time will I enter the motel room of a member of the opposite sex.
12. At no time will I leave the motel grounds or the tour group.
13. To leave all motel property such as towels, linen, etc. in the motel room upon departure.
14. To not use motel room phones for any purpose except in an emergency. Use lobby phones to call home.
15. To not incur any bills for special services such as room service, ordering pizza, etc.
16. To bring and use headphones for any personal listening or viewing device.
Discipline Guidelines:
1. First offense of rule infraction:
Discussion with chaperones and phone call to parents. (Reversed charges) Possible loss of a tour privilege.
2. Second offense of rule infraction:
Tour privileges lost for one day, and phone call to parents. (Reversed charges)
3. Third offense of rule infraction:
One way trip home if necessary as decided by parent(s) and chaperones. (Parents’ expense)
